How long does delivery take?
2 to 5 business days within Cairo and Giza, and 3 to 7 business days for other governorates.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free within Cairo and Giza. For other governorates, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available for all orders.
How do I pay in installments?
Choose your product, then pick an available installment option at checkout. Installments up to 12 months with no interest on selected products.
Do products come with a warranty?
All products are genuine with the official dealer warranty; the warranty period is listed on each product page.
Can I return a product?
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the product is in its original condition and box. Details are on the shipping & returns page.
Do you install?
We install large appliances such as washing machines, air conditioners and cookers by professional technicians.
