Shipping & delivery
- Free delivery within Cairo and Giza in 2 to 5 business days.
- Other governorates in 3 to 7 business days; the shipping cost appears at checkout.
- We'll contact you before delivery to confirm the time and address.
- Inspect the product and its box in front of the courier before accepting it.
Returns & exchanges
- You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and its box.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it or fully refund you, and shipping is on us.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after inspection.
